I met Sue Busch with Edina Realty in 2012 when she was holding an Open House in Chaska not far from her current office.

We were involved in a corporate move to Minneapolis from Michigan. I liked her immediately. So when it came time to sell my Chaska home in an individual move ten years later in 2022 we enlisted her help. Sue has been joined by her daughter Kelsey and they are an efficient team. They are thorough and prompt. From market analysis, staging the home, scheduling showings, communications with buyers and buyers agents, they were energetic professionals. Where they really shined was in analyzing offers, securing the purchase agreement and closing the sale. Outstanding teamwork!

"I loved working with Sue. When we first met, I appreciated her candor and experience in analyzing the pros and cons of houses, and pointing out variables I wouldn't have even thought of. Even though my house hunt stretched out about 3 months (4 including closing), she was always very responsive and flexible. The house I ended up with actually ended up being a house that we added after another didn't pan out, and this one just happened to be in the near vicinity. Sue was able to roll with it and I ended up getting my house!"

Not only did they do an awesome job with selling our home, they put us in touch with a Florida realtor to search for our home in Florida before we left MN, so when we arrived she had homes scheduled for us to view. Sue was proactive before, during and after we returned from our home search in Florida. When we returned, she had everything lined up so we could hit the ground running and sold our home that same week! She also gave us contacts for moving companies. These gals work day and night to get the job done. We received many reassuring follow-up calls and they always had our best interest in mind. And just plain fun to work with!"

"I reached out to Sue in the Fall of 2019 to get advice on putting my ailing mother's home on the market for Spring of 2020. She gave me professional and accurate advice on how to get ready for the spring market. My mother passed away mid-March, right at the start of the Covid19 shut down. I wanted to sell her place ASAP so we could get the funds to help support our families needs. Sue and her daughter, Kelsey were instrumental in moving forward and getting the house on the market and sold within days. They are very knowledgeable and are very good at keeping communications open and frequent. They were positive, energetic and sympathetic to our situation. "I have worked with Sue with 5 previous house sales. Then moved to Florida only to find myself coming back to MN in 4 years. Sue was the first person I called to inquire about finding the perfect home. Sue was extremely helpful in updating me on the market trends and which homes and areas would be the best to invest in. Our plan was to stay in the MPLS area for several years and eventually move away and retire outside the metro.
